Evergreen Bike Club
Here are some tips to help you get the most out of the Evergreen Bike Club Community Gear Swap!
Space is first-come, first-served.
You don't need to stay the entire time, come when you can, leave when you need.
Clean & working only. Please make sure your gear is in good condition and ready for its next adventure.
Price it to sell. Check eBay or other resellers for fair market value.
Bring details. A simple spec sheet for skis, bikes, SUPs, etc. helps buyers know exactly what they’re getting.
Be ready to accept payment. Decide if you’ll take cash, Venmo, PayPal, etc.
Plan your display. Tables, bike stands, blankets, or tarps work great. And don’t forget to pump up that SUP!
What’s welcome: skis, bikes, SUPs, fishing rods, backpacks, boots, racks, kayaks, camping gear, accessories, and more. (No weapons.)
Clothing is okay, but remember, no changing rooms are available.
Clean-up required. Please take home any unsold items or coordinate a donation to PTA, EChO, or Replay Sports.
Bring payment options. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, etc. Sellers will let you know what they prefer.
Ask questions. Sellers often know the history of their gear and can give you tips on how to use it.
Do your homework. Know your size for skis, bikes, or backpacks before you shop.
Plan transport. Will you need a bike rack or extra space in the car to get your new gear home?
Must represent an outdoor recreation-related business.
You may sell gear or advertise your services such as bike tunes, guiding, coaching, outdoor retail, etc.
